It's within walking distance of the Civic Center, Main Library, War Memorial
Opera House, Davies Symphony Hall, Japantown, St. Mary's Cathedral, and
many fine restaurants, including Stars Cafe and the California Culinary
Academy.
It has garage parking. It also has MUNI electric bus line service. Line
31, which stops a few steps from the townhouse's front door, runs all the
way from the beach to downtown.
