bug fixes and some important changes requested by users, is now
shipping.
EVICTION FORMS CREATOR...Version 3.0L of Eviction Forms Creator is now available. Version 3.0L includes all Judicial Council forms in use for handling unlawful detainers as of July 1, 2006, plus the Los Angeles Superior Court's own Civil Case Cover Sheet Addendum and Statement of Location, which was revised in March, 2006. If you purchased Eviction Forms Creator or an upgrade between October 1, 2005, and July 1, 2006, you will receive Version 3.0L free of charge. If you purchased an earlier version of Eviction Forms Creator, you may upgrade to the latest version for $39.95.

PUSHBUTTON LANDLORDING 2.0b...Income reports generated by date
are inaccurate on some machines. Check your reports carefully.
Should you recognize this as a problem, circumvent it by generating
your income reports by receipt number rather than by date. Version
3.0a generates accurate income reports by date.
PUSHBUTTON LANDLORDING 3.0aa...The "Print statements dated today" and "Print all listed" statements buttons do not work as they should. Statements must be printed one at a time. Version 3.0b fixes this problem.
