Ordering Information
Our books are available in chain book stores such as B. Dalton,
Barnes & Noble, Borders, and Waldenbooks, as well as in independent
book stores across the country. If you cannot find our books
at your favorite bookstore, you may ask the store to special-order
them for you through Ingram or Publishers Group West.
Our software is not available in stores.
You may order our books and software directly from us:
by emailing us at expressorders@yahoo.com OR
by faxing us at 510-524-4301 and charging your order to your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express OR
by calling us at 800-307-0789 (10 A.M. to 5 P.M., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday) and charging your order to your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express OR
by sending your order to ExPRESS, P.O. Box 1639, El Cerrito, CA 94530.
If you are emailing or sending your order, please make sure you include the name of the specific product, plus the quantity you want and the following information:
Name on credit card . . .
Kind of card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express only) . . .
Card number . . .
Expiration date . . .
3-digit card verification number (back side of card to the right of the last four digits of card number). . .
Shipping address (if different from billing address above) . . .
Daytime phone number (in case there's a problem with the card). . .
If your order includes software, include the computer operating
system you use (Windows [version], or Mac OS [version]).
We do ship orders outside the U.S., but they must be charged
to one of these credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
We do not accept checks for these orders.
Add $4 to your order for shipping and handling; all orders are
shipped Priority Mail and should reach you in two to three days.
Shipping and handling charges on orders shipped outside the U.S.
will vary according to destination. We charge exactly what we
pay to ship those orders.
Orders shipped to California addresses must include sales tax.
Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped the same day
they are received. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped
the following Monday.
